Internal Value

On my recent healthcare journey, I’ve made rapid, eternal changes to my diet. I cried to Father, “I just want to feel good!” It seemed I’d heal from one thing and another issue would crop up! Within a couple of days, I heard in my spirit, “Loose the bands of wickedness.” Assuming this meant to focus on interceding, with fasting and praying, for some close loved ones, I chose the next full week to go into a time of consecration to do just that.

Isaiah 58:6 reads in the KJV:

Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?”

Being a Word lover, I looked up the word “bands.” I discovered the Hebrew meaning is “pain.” So paraphrased, it’s to loose the pain of wickedness. It also means “cords.” Therefore, there are pains that bind people, keeping them tethered to their pasts.

That’s a WHOLE other matter for discussion. Nonetheless, during my fast I noticed that my week of “no meats, no sweets” was quickly giving me energy, vitality, and stamina! I came to realize that Father had snuck up on me to answer my plea to “feel good.” I noted a “wicked” connection between my pain cords (“bands”) and how I was eating—for years. Sometimes it’s the smallest, seemingly most insignificant adjustments in life that make the biggest, most valuable changes. I’m loosed to soar!

While I focused on binding the spirits that oppress[ed] my loved ones, to loose God’s will in their lives, Father bound my oppression and loosed the manifestation of my healing. Wow! Truly, you “reap what you sow.” I feel good! Only God.
